Bob Bandholz

Bob has both a BS degree from LaSalle University and an MBA from Temple University in Industrial Management, and has spent 25 years in industry, primarily in the manufacturing sector.
He has worked with Fortune 100 companies such as Johnson & Johnson, Kimberly Clark and BBA Nonwovens. His positions have ranged from Plant Manager to VP Operations to General Manager. Prior to transitioning into recruiting he has had extensive travel in Europe, the Far East and the UK with both a sales perspective and working with the senior management group and board of directors of his parent company.
For five years he worked with Phillips International Inc. as a recruiter, focused primarily in the textile and nonwoven industries, working with mid-level to senior-level searches. In 2003, Bob started Stellar Group Recruiting LLC, which conducts industry specific searches (both retained and contingency) in filtration, textiles and nonwovens. He is both CPC certified and a member of NAPS (National Association of Personnel Services). The company services North/Central America and Europe, and has bilingual (English/Spanish) capability.
