Stellar
Group Recruiting LLC was started to provide professional recruiting
to a number of very viable and growing industries: PHARMACEUTICAL/HOSPITAL, FILTRATION, TEXTILE, APPAREL, PLASTICS and NONWOVENS.
We offer both contingency and retained search options, in the areas
of manufacturing, engineering, sales & marketing, logistics
and senior level management. All of our consultants have been senior
managers in their respective industries, and espouse both high integrity
and an entrepreneurial approach to our business.

The
Stellar Group organization strives to provide premier quality candidates
to organizations that will enhance and develop both their people
resources and future business viability. We will perform searches
in such a manner that both clients and candidates view Stellar Group
as both professional and successful in servicing the industry.

PROCESS
Contingency
Search
1. Develop in-depth
search specifications, and provide a written summary to the client
for review.
2. Utilize both database candidates and network leads throughout
the industry to identify candidates who meet or exceed the position
specifications.
3. Maintain a confidential and discreet approach to working in the
industry to protect both the client and candidates from disclosure.
4. Conduct thorough candidate screening and interview to determine
appropriate fit.
5. Verbally present qualified candidates to the client for acceptance
prior to sending a resume.
6. Establish and coordinate all interview arrangements.
7. Perform reference checks prior to the interview process.
8. Debrief both the client and candidate after the interview and
determine the next steps.
9. Counsel the client on any offer and relocation needs.
10. Present the offer on behalf of the client.
11. Follow up with the client and candidate after the start date
to ensure both parties are transitioning successfully.
Retained
Search*
1. Conduct an
on-site specification review with the client.
2. Perform an industry-wide confidential search.
3. Submit at least 3 candidates for review, providing detailed dossiers
and background checks.
4. Consult and manage the interview and offer process.
5. Maintain ongoing contact with the client and candidate to ensure
smooth transition.

A significant amount of communication, reports, travel and scheduling
is required to perform a professional retained search. A formal
