Our recruiting plans incorporate the following:
1. Assess the company’s needs for the next 6-12 months.
2. Develop a cost structure and agreement which comprises a monthly cost and the number of placements projected for a 12 month period. The cost structure can be adjusted on an on-going basis.
3. Assign one recruiter as the main contact, and prepare/complete an on-site orientation for the recruiter.
4. Provide an on-site office or conference room so the recruiter can interact with the staff and perform preliminary interviews for local candidates.
